Why Use This Tool?
Is my invoice data uploaded anywhere?
No. Every field you fill in stays inside your browser. The PDF is generated locally using JavaScript, and nothing you type — your business details, client information, or line items — is ever sent to a server, logged, or stored by us. Closing or refreshing the tab clears everything, so download your PDF before navigating away.
How are the totals calculated?
Each line item's total is quantity multiplied by unit price. The subtotal adds up every line item total, tax is calculated as your entered percentage of the subtotal, and the grand total is the subtotal plus tax. All calculations update live as you type, so you can see the final amount before downloading.
Can I add or remove line items freely?
Yes. Click "+ Add Line Item" to add as many rows as you need, and use the "×" button on any row to remove it. There's no limit built into the tool, so it works equally well for a simple one-line invoice or a detailed multi-item bill.
Is this invoice legally valid for my country?
This tool produces a clean, professional invoice layout with the standard fields most freelancers and small businesses need — business and client details, an invoice number, date, itemized charges, tax and total. However, invoicing requirements (such as mandatory tax IDs or specific wording) vary by country and industry, so double-check your local regulations before relying on it for formal accounting or tax filing purposes.
