Why Use This Tool?
Do I need to upload a logo image?
No. This tool builds your header entirely from styled text — your monogram initials, company name and tagline are laid out and colored directly by the PDF generator, so you don't need a logo file at all. If you already have a logo, you can still add it separately in Word or your PDF editor after downloading.
How is the PDF actually generated?
This tool uses jsPDF, a well-established open-source PDF library, running entirely in your browser. It draws a colored rectangle for the header and footer bars, places your text with precise positioning for an A4 or US Letter page, and then triggers a direct download — no server processing or file upload involved at any point.
Can I type my letter directly onto this template?
The downloaded PDF is a static, single-page template with a deliberately blank body area between the header and footer, ready for you to either print and write on by hand, or open in a PDF editor / Word to add typed letter content on top before sending.
Is this free for business use, and is my data private?
