- Click "Generate Shareable Details" to see the same moment converted into 5 other common time zones.
- Check the list to spot any awkward times (very early morning or late night) for your invitees.

- Paste the copied text into an email, chat message, or calendar invite description.
Why Use This Tool?
How does the time zone conversion work?
The tool takes the date, time and time zone you enter and calculates the exact real-world moment it represents, then re-displays that same moment as local wall-clock time in five other commonly used time zones. This uses your browser's built-in Intl.DateTimeFormat API, which correctly accounts for each region's current daylight saving time rules — no manual offset math required.
Is my meeting information sent anywhere?
No. All of the date and time zone conversion happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you type is uploaded to a server, logged, or shared — the only way anyone else sees your meeting details is if you copy and send them yourself.
Why does it show my own time zone highlighted in the list?
Your selected time zone is highlighted so you can quickly confirm it matches what you intended before sharing, and so recipients reading the copied summary can see clearly which line represents the meeting organizer's local time.
Who is this tool useful for?
Anyone coordinating with remote teammates, clients or friends across different countries — remote teams scheduling standups, freelancers booking calls with international clients, or friends planning a video chat across time zones. It removes the guesswork and back-and-forth math of manually converting times.
